Abdullah Ibn Masood (rz) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Whoever recites Surah al-Waqiah every night, he will never be afflicted by poverty. When the Inevitable Event takes place, لَيْسَ لِوَقْعَتِهَا كَاذِبَةٌ ۘ Read and listen to Surah Al-Waqi'ah. The Surah was revealed in Mecca, ordered 56 in the Quran. The Surah title means "The Inevitable" in English and c Ala-Maududi. (56:78) inscribed in a well-guarded Book, [38] 38. This implies the well-guarded Tablet (lohe-mahfuz). For it the word kitabin maknun has been used, which means a writing kept hidden, i.e. a writing that is inaccessible to all. The Quran’s having been inscribed in this well guarded Book means that before its being sent down to 1- Islam does not go against the fact that a clear distinction exists between human beings in terms of property and means of sustenance. 2- This does not mean that those who have upper hands in everything should abuse this power in exploiting their subordinates. 3- Islam does not approve of having wealth as the monopoly of certain individuals .
